Director of Operations – Funding

They go to market by partnering with some of top local, regional and national auto dealerships to help get financing for consumers rolling.
As the Director of Operations for Funding, you will have the opportunity to part of a growing, innovative and stable organization that prides itself on providing cutting edge technology to the Automotive lending industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of operational team(s) to continue to advance performance to meet organizational goals
- You will be directing, leading and building a top tier operations team to help meet business goals and support the forecasts for staffing and revenue
- Develop and implement organizational strategy for team to support sales and oversight of inside sales team as well
- Execute on the strategy for your Assigned team and mange work flow
- Work congruently with IT and the analytics team to streamline process and data distribution
- most of all create an appealing, collaborative team environment to attract and keep talented, high performing individuals
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in auto financing, servicing or related field
- Art Least 5 years’ experience building and leading top performing teams and managers
- Experience developing strategy to coincide with and achieve organization goals
- Ability to multi task in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to improve/develop process improvements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, technology savvy and ability to quickly pick up new business applications
- Bachelor’s degree required (applicable experience will be considered)
