The Lucas Group is searching for an experienced and talented Director of Marketing & Employee Engagement to add as a key member of our client’s global team in New York City. Our client is a global real estate and lifestyle company defined by innovation, and is a fully-integrated, highly diversified industry leader with experience in virtually every aspect of development, acquisitions, management, finance, marketing and sales. 

The Director of Marketing & Employee Engagement will oversee external B2B marketing efforts as well as the internal employee benefit program at the company’s largest commercial live-work-play property.  

RESPONSIBILITES 

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy to support all branding and marketing efforts across the company’s portfolio.  
  • Leverage industry trends as well as consumer, operations and marketing insights in order to recommend both strategic and tactical marketing campaigns. 
  • Develop and implement strategic multi-channel, multi-platform marketing campaigns that will engage C-level leads, office brokers and tenants. 
  • Develop presentation pitches, brochures, mailers, advertisements, signage, physical sales centers and websites. 
  • Manage and implement employee engagement and loyalty program strategy and campaigns for the commercial live-work-play property. 
  • Work closely across channels with internal stakeholders in Retail, Sponsorship, Experiences and Sponsorships to promote relevant business needs. 
  • Partner with creative, technology and consultant teams to drive necessary creative assets and story-telling elements in support of business goals.  
  • Manage agencies to provide strategy deliverables, needs, timelines and feedback. 
  • Oversee reporting, research and analytics dashboards for internal and external audiences.  
  • Project leads the employee CRM system with the technology team and other relevant digital assets including the employee + VIP portals, emails, digital wallet pass and relevant office websites. 
  • Liaise with PR team to coordinate relevant press materials, media relations efforts and events.  
  • Oversee targeted acquisition campaigns to support earned media. 
  • Manage marketing budget management, tracking and reporting. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required. MBA is preferred. 
  • 5+ years of marketing and communications experience within the commercial real estate or other service industries.  
  • Expertise across internal marketing and communications in order to position the brand and support revenue generation, growth, employee loyalty, and recruiting activities. 
  • Experience developing marketing collateral and executing events. 
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com is required. 
  • Process-oriented, highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Self-starter with a bias toward collaborative problem-solving and adaptability with the ability to embrace both change and ambiguity while continuing to drive projects forward. 
  • Ability to quickly form working partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, teams, and agencies.
