The Lucas Group is searching for a talented, experienced and enthusiastic Director of Marketing to add as a key member of our client’s team in New York City. Our client is a market leader in providing technology-enabled behavioral health care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and supports B2C patient facing brand ID, value proposition and messaging to support B2C marketing to patients and clients (health plan) members and plan sponsors employees.
· Responsible for creation and execution of Patient/Consumer strategic marketing plan, including strategies and tactics to support B2B2C efforts (through health plans and employers) and patient acquisition and retention
· Effectively manage annual budget and execute to drive return on marketing spend. This includes patient acquisition, improving retention throughout patient journey and supporting the marketing efforts of s clients with their members ( B2B2C - Health Plans and Employers)
· Create and develop targeted channel strategies based on patient journey and segmentation
· Advise the CEO and other senior leadership on all patient/consumer marketing activities
· Lead and develop relationships with key third-party agencies, vendors and consultants needed to support annual consumer/patient marketing plans.
REQUIREMENTS
· BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required. Master’s degree is desired
· Deep understanding consumer/patient marketing in the Healthcare industry, specifically experience with large national payers and Blues plans and its marketing functions and partner relationships
· 5+ years of experience in patient/consumer B2C Marketing positions in Health Plans (national payers preferred) required.
· Proven track record building and managing patient marketing and patient acquisition campaigns
· Multichannel marketing including digital, social and patient direct marketing experience in a health plan environment is desired.
· Experience in leading quantitative and qualitative patient research and insights
· Experience in managing AORs and vendors in marketing, campaign development and management
· Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team of talent
· Strategic thinking and ability to communicate on every level
· Ability to plan, execute, measure results and drive improvement on a continuing basis
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
