Title:  Director of Learning & Development

Location:  New York, NY

Lucas Group has partnered with a dynamic, established and growing global tech startup on their search for a Director of Learning & Development in NYC. This role will drive and implement learning strategies across the organization by implementing LMS tools, strategic SME relationships and growing their own team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field
• 8+ years of learning and development experience, preferably in a start-up, media, tech, or advertising environment
• Experience implementing and rolling out Learning Management Software (LMS) and training initiatives
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (in-classroom, e-learning, simulations, workshops, etc.)
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, team-based environment with flexibility, resilience and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Determine and implement all Learning & Development related strategy organization wide
• Build and lead a small L&D team to support company goals
• Collaborate with CPO and all teams to prioritize company L&D needs; implement programs accordingly
