This is a fantastic opportunity to build a world class learning function for a growing, innovative firm. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience leading a learning and development function, with at least 5 years of experience in an Accounting firm, OR with a CPA certification.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 10 years of learning and development experience with at least 5 years of CPA firm experience, Big 4 experience, or CPA certification REQUIRED
• At least five years of management experience required
• Ability to communicate using a data-driven approach
