We have partnered with our client in their search for a Director of Information Security.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of security policies to meet regulatory compliance and mitigate evolving risks.
Oversee day-to-day security operations, including managing vulnerability assessments, monitoring security tools (firewalls, SIEM, ELK Stack), and leading incident response efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and compliance, to ensure security requirements are effectively integrated into business processes and regulatory frameworks.
Skills Required.
Technical expertise in: ELK Stack, ElasticSearch, AWS-hosted environments, Microsoft D365, and Azure-based solutions.
Proven experience (2–3 years) leading information security teams with a strong focus on compliance and risk management within regulated industries such as fintech
Plus: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
