Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with an organization on a search for a Director of Human Resources Operations. This person will be responsible for providing operational change management and process improvement support for the entire Human Resources division.

• Operationally focused HR leader to implement process improvement strategy
• Focus in the areas of improving turn over, recruiting structure and efficiency, payroll accuracy, and employee engagement
• Implementation of metrics
• Organization size approx. 700ee’s
• Organization uses Taleo, PeopleSoft and ADP PeopleSoft, however that experience is not required.

Requirements:

• Specific extensive experience with process improvement; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Kaizen principals ideal
• 15 - 20+ years of Operation Human Resources Experience demonstrating extensive knowledge of process improvements
