Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a well-established business on their search for a Director of Human Resources. This person will work directly with the leadership team to establish people strategies, drive positive change, partnering with the business to solve challenges and drive the company forward.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, on boarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and benefits
- Partner with the leadership team and focus on scaling and growing organization.
- Manage learning and development programs, with an emphasis on growing manager capabilities that align with the growth of the business
- Create and establish a new hire experience including new hire orientation and work with managers to guide new hire ramp-up
- Partner with leadership to roll out a performance review process that reflects the values and needs of the business
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and city legal requirements
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of progressive generalist experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree required
- Successful experience in leadership coaching, compensation structuring, performance management, and engagement
