This role will be responsible for refining HR processes, helping the company continue to grow through talent acquisition & talent development, and being a strategic business partner to the leaders of the organization.
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven successes in talent and leadership development
- Managed a robust talent acquisition program
- Professional Services industry experience a plus
