Lucas Group has partnered with a DC based, growing International Development firm in their search for a Director of HR. This is a newly created and highly visible position that will partner closely with the Head of HR and the Executive team. Looking for a true generalist with strong business acumen that has proven success of running a global HR function. This is a terrific opportunity for someone who is looking to drive change, lead and develop a team, and make an immediate impact. Looking for candidates with:

• 10+ years of broad domestic and international HR experience
• Strong leadership skills and past experience leading and developing a global HR team
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in international development, HR or related fields
• Experience in supporting USAID programs with a strong preference for hands-on International Development experience
