Responsibilty
- Over 10 locations globally
- Responsible for manufacturing operations, materials management, logistics, EH&S, continuous improvement, contract manufacturers and/or material/assembly suppliers; raw/finished goods suppliers, customer service, etc.
- member of the senior leadership team to develop and execute the organization’s strategic plan.
- Optimize current sites
- Bring some manufacturing in-house
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15 years managing manufacturing and supply chain (logistics, materials management, sourcing)
- 5 years leading multi-sites or 1 large complex site or campus
- Site optimization, footprint efficiency
- Managed customer service
- Bring manufacturing in-house
- Implementing LEAN initiatives
- Hands on experience leading manufacturing floor
- Semi-custom manufacturing
