Director of Global Benefits (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with an energy company to find a Director of Global Benefits. This individual will be responsible for benefits administration, data analytics, process improvement, developing action plans, implementing strategy, and change communications to a population of 4,000 employees.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• CEBS certification preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of benefits administration in a large, global organization
• 3+ years of management experience

Responsibilities:

• Project management and implementation of new processes and procedures
• Manage global benefits team
• Provide in-depth analytical support and provide consultation for benefits
• Manage open enrollment and communications
• Vendor management
• Oversee risk management
• Data analysis and manipulation (PeopleSoft ideal)
