Lucas Group is partnering with a leader in the industrial services industry. This position will drive the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting function.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 10+ years in finance or similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and financial reporting systems (e.g. Spreadsheet server, Essbase, etc.)
- MBA certification, preferred
- Construction or related experience preferred
- Executive level presentation skills
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Sleeves rolled up approach
- Team oriented
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
