Proven leader to drive strategic vision with product and design team, managing new product development. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Passionate about satisfying customers by building world-class products
- Expand strong product & market solution-oriented culture by accelerating continuous delivery, testing, learning, and innovation
- Expand design culture by setting a consistently high bar for execution and delivery of highly engaging experiences across all customer touchpoints
- Assess product development and enhancement opportunities
- Develop budgets, forecasts, metrics and measures. Monitor and evaluate the results
- Enhance design processes; expand internal analytics capability
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Design Certification required, Master’s degree a plus
- 15+ years of product/design experience in a similar field OR in automotive, office furniture, housing OR durable products admired for design/function
- 5+ years in an organizational leadership and management role leading multiple projects with product and engineering teams
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to anticipate and plan for the long-term while achieving near term objectives
- Demonstrated ability to build/lead high performing teams along with strong presentation and written skills
