Director of Corporate FP&A (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a growing company here in Phoenix searching for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This is an exciting expansion role as they continue their growth and look to the future.

We're looking for candidates who have the following experience: 

• 10+ years FP&A with impressive upward mobility 
• CPA and/or MBA mandatory 
• Currently or very recently having been with a $350M+ (revenue) publicly-traded company 
• Experience scaling FP&A functions and team by at least $100M+ 
• Solid FP&A foundation: cash flow optimization, budgeting/ forecasting, financial modeling
• M&A & Investor Relations & software implementation experience a huge plus 

Title: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Phoenix, Arizona 

Compensation: $150-160K + Bonus
