Lucas Group has partnered with our client in on their search for a Director of Construction management.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Oversee the Dept. Of Construction Management, prepare construction schedule and hard cost estimates, solicitation of GC and Subs; oversee the construction activities of the company’s development projects in NYC; Coordinate the construction with the AOR, Engineers, GC and subs; be responsible for the progress, quality and safety of the constructions works; be responsible to obtain TCO of the new building on time.
Skills Needed:
15+ years in the Construction Industry in NYC and 5+years in management position
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering or related
- Work Experience: 15 years in NYC Construction, 5+ in management
- Bilingual: Mandarin and English
