This is a newly created role. The Director of Compensation will be responsible for restructuring and building the function from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong compensation background to include retail, distribution and manufacturing. They will have gritty self-assurance and the ability to lead a team along with the ability to build relationships and influence without authority.
