Director of Compensation (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a rapidly growing services organization on their search for a Director of Compensation located in San Antonio, Texas. This newly created role is empowered to lead the strategic development of the Compensation philosophy throughout the organization. This role will be tasked with and responsible for creating and developing competitive compensation incentive plans to retain and attract top talent throughout the organization. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Strategically developing competitive recommendations regarding new and existing plans and how they will influence existing employees and attract new talent
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to effectively design and develop short and long-term variable programs
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide advice and support on all compensation matters throughout the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred
• CCP Certification
• 7-10+ year’s progressive compensation experience
• Exceptional strategic and analytical skills
