POSITION SUMMARY

In this role you have the opportunity to truly impact the growth of this organization to achieve personal and team goals while bringing in new clients for the company. Grow revenue and net profit by securing new clients within senior housing, active adult, health care, travel or other mature adult markets.
You will accomplish this through some of the following.

  • Develop sales and referral strategy and identify target prospects and influencers:
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team on inbound marketing strategy and execution.
  • Plan, attend, network and present at tradeshows and contribute to pre- and post-show marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal Marketing team in planning and budgeting for future networking events to attend as well as the people and resources needed.
  • Maintain CRM database and report on pipeline status, growth and movement.
  • Consult with prospects and work with Clients Services and Marketing Strategy team to craft solutions based on prospects’ needs and pain points.
  • Develop presentations and proposals with Client Services team and lead new business pitches.
  • Onboard new clients and facilitate transition to Client Services.
  • Assist Client Services team in strategies to identify and cultivate organic growth from existing clients.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 year minimum selling in B2B selling environment with substantiated results
  • Bachelor’s Degree( Experience will be considered as well as education)
  • Experience selling services and presenting solutions to client based challenges.
  • Experience in Senior housing, Hospitality or healthcare is a huge plus
  • Effectiveness in delivering confident presentations and communications with Executive leadership teams, boards of directors and business owners
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Flexible, adaptable nature for a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Commitment to being part of the most functional team in the industry
  • Demonstrated history of taking initiative, creating results and learning continuously.

PRIMARY LOCATION
United States – Northern, VA – ( Remote office locations on east coast- Mid Atlantic, Northeast will be considered but home office visits once a month will be required) travel up to 30 – 50% defending on location)
