The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for management of all aspects of our client's Quoting/Pricing function. This individual will oversee the quoting team and execute all major projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee centralized quoting function
Directly manage the team
Coordinate and interface with Outside sales and Sales Directors for determination of quote/no quote
Responsible for quoting strategy and pricing, effective manage gross margins
Facilitate effective hand off for project execution team
Execute strategy to incorporate different product lines
Act as escalated point of contact for customers
Evaluate market trends and competitive information that effect future growth of sales and profitability
