Director of Accounting (Closed)

Our client, a large privately owned, established professional services firm is seeking an Accounting Director. Fantastic opportunity to join a growing global team that offers an excellent work/life balance and benefits package. Salary pays $130-140k base, plus bonus.

The Director of Accounting will be responsible for planning and directing the accounting operational functions, assisting with the budget and forecasting process, managing the accumulation and consolidation of the financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluating accounting and internal control systems, and managing departmental staff.

Keys/Must haves:

• CPA
• 10-15 years’ experience
• Nice mix of Public and Industry required
• Foreign currency translation and accounting preferred
• Decent understanding of tax or wants to learn about tax
• Some degree of intellectual curiosity
• Motivated and technically sound
