Lucas Group has partnered with a law firm renowned for their superior legal advising services, aiding to fill the role of Director of Legal Recruiting. This individual will be responsible for developing inclusive, diversity-based recruitment initiatives in addition to managing the attorney recruiting budget. The Director of Attorney Recruiting will also have a strong presence across the campuses of various law schools, actively cultivating relationships with career services staff and managing all campus related recruitment. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of initiative and can work with little oversight on a vast range of tasks and projects.
