- 8-12 years of internal communications experience
- 3+ years of leadership of internal communications teams and programs
- You’re an exceptional writer but a strategic business leader
- Ownership of:
- Employer branding, Intranet, Content
- Plus if you have agency and external PR expertise
- Prefer experience in large, matrixed organization
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships and communications plans with executive leadership and marketing organizations
- Huge plus if you have organizational transformation expertise
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where ideas become reality
- Passion for driving employee culture and engagement, and have track-record of fostering diverse and inclusive work environments
