Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading consumer products and distribution company in their search for a Director, Human Resources based in Northwest Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR strategy and build out progressive HR programs for family-owned company with a great mission that is doubling in size! Ideal candidates have 8-15 years of experience in HR (at least 5 in a leadership capacity in a small to medium sized organization). Must have experience building out strategic HR programs in talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation, etc. and be an innovative change leader in a high growth company of at least 250 employees. Candidates must also be willing to roll up their sleeves and provide the day-to-day HR support for the company.

• Manage all facets of human resources to include policies and procedures, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, employee development and engagement, performance management, learning, benefits administration, coaching, and payroll.
• Design and execute innovative HR strategies throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least eight years of progressive HR experience in a high growth environment; at least five years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience building out and scaling progressive HR structure
• Master's degree preferred
• HR certification(s) preferred
