Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading law firm on their search for a Director of Human Resources located in New York, NY. The HR Director will be responsible for day-to-day human resources activity and leading the firm in all things HR. This person will report into the Executive Director and will be responsible for supporting 300+ employees. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance of employment laws and policies
• Coordinate and continue to enhance training, development and succession planning
• Develop and manage metrics to measure growth and performance
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ year’s progressive HR experience in legal field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
