Title:  Director, HRBP

Location:  Rochester, NY

Lucas Group has partnered with a global technology company in the Rochester area to find a Director, HRBP. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual looking to make an impact on this organization!

The HR Business Partner will provide both strategic and operational HR advice, coaching and development while covering a broad spectrum of HR functions from talent management to change management to employee relations and much more. This individual will initially support a client group in Houston (IT, Legal, Accounting, etc.) but could be asked to take HR roles anywhere within the organization.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of HR generalist experience
• Experience in M&A integration
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Human Resources leadership and support to engineering, operations and functional departments to meet business and strategic growth objectives
• Drive corporate strategy down through organization
• Develop creative employee engagement initiatives that align with overall strategy
• Liaise with corporate in the areas of performance management, learning & development, training, and high-potential identification programs
