Title: Director, Global Payroll & Shared Services

Location: Remote (or relocation assistance offered)

Reports to: SVP, Total Rewards

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Global Director of Payroll, Shared Services & HRIS. Candidates should have a progressive career in Human Resources with a focus in leading global shared services environments to include integration large scale systems, leading global payroll in EMEA & Asia-Pac and managing a diverse team of remote employees.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of HR experience to include 5+ in Shared Services leadership positions; payroll leadership position a plus
• Leading and managing a team of remote employees
• Must have large scale global systems implementations, global payroll, and working with Shared Services
• SAP experience is a must; implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central for Core HR is a plus
• Must have experience working with the EMEA and Asia-Pac region
• Education – Bachelor’s minimum; advanced degree a Plus
• CPP certification a plus
• Blend of strategic operations and hands on “working” manager
