POSITION TITLE: Director, Franchise Development

LOCATION: Atlnata, Tampa, Sarasota FL OR Remote

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Responsible for developing, administrating, and delivering the process necessary for achieving the company’s franchise unit growth goals. Identifying, attracting, and signing professionally and financially qualified franchise owners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years track record of success in franchise sales
  • Understanding of state and federal laws concerning franchise sales and disclosures, including a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
  • Thorough understanding of methods creating franchise sales leads including digital, print, social media, Discovery Days, trade shows, and direct contact
  • Preference to candidates with B.A. in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • No litigation or bankruptcy history that would require disclosure under state or federal franchise laws
  • Able to represent the Discovery Point brand in a positive and professional manner
  • Highest level of professional integrity

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement innovative and effective sales programs from lead generation to sale close
  • Implement a franchise CRM to manage all sales leads
  • Generate and track franchise sales leads
  • Generate continuing campaigns for prospects
  • Provide appropriate reporting to management
  • Attend trade specific sales shows
  • Timely respond to potential franchise owner applicants and contacts
  • Establish sales benchmarks and meet sales goals
  • Travel as needed, including weekends
