We are looking for a technical leader that is capable of hiring and inspiring new engineers and leading the existing team through our growth (50% over last year with 50% projections for next year). Our business is unique in a way we design, manufacture, and test our products for various customers. Our engineering team has a solid foundation but with the new business, we need an engineering leader that can execute. We have customers globally and our customers range from NASA to sole proprietorship.

Some responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 89 engineers (looking to double next year)
• Manage multiple projects
• Oversight of Finite Element Modeling
• Meeting customers
• Engineering reports
• Ensure FAA regulations are met

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering
• At least 5 years of leading team of engineers in manufacturing environment meeting FAA regulations
• Must be able to become a Company Designated Engineering Representative
• Career progression in aerospace manufacturing environment
