Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading EPC company on their search for a Director of Diversity & Inclusion. This role will partner with operations, talent acquisition and HR on programs and initiatives aimed at cultivating a more diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and standing up D&I programs in a large, decentralized organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work with operating groups on D&I strategies focused on hiring, growth and retention plans
• Utilize data and key metrics to develop best practices around recruitment, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, and engagement
• Track, evaluate and report on effectiveness of diversity programs

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 7 years' experience in HR and at least 5 years of experience developing D&I strategies
• Experience with a large, decentralized organization
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel extensively to build relationships with field locations - can set own travel schedule
