Overview:
Lucas Group has partnered with a quickly growing manufacturing company on finding their next Director of Compensation and Benefits. This individual will lead a team of 3 while reporting to the Head of HR and will be tasked with continuing to build out the strategy and execution of the Compensation and Benefits structures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 8+ years Benefits and Compensation experience 
• Experience in a large, multi-site organization with a large hourly population (ideally manufacturing).
• Exposure to Central American Compensation and Benefits.
