Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a renewable energy manufacturer headquartered in the DC Metro market, in their search for a Director of Compensation & Benefits. This newly created role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and will be tasked with driving the strategy within the department. Equal parts compensation and benefits, this role will build benefits relationships and implement compensation structures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum five years’ direct management experience
• Minimum five years’ experience with compensation and benefits administration
• Capability and desire to work in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively all levels of employees
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Compensation commensurate with experience
