- Conversion Base salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 (+incentives, etc.)
Korn Ferry has been tasked in providing a large, well-known healthcare client a Director of Claims Ops and Systems on a temp2hire basis. This resource will need specific healthcare, Claims Operations and Systems experience. Specifically, we are looking for a “roll up sleeves” leader who can solve a adjudication claim as well as communicate with executive leadership and customer face.
Experience required and responsibilities:
- Medicare Advantage expertise / exposure is ideal.
- Overseen both on and offshore claims teams
- Create and/or improve KPIs, performance metrics, SLAs, and process /continuous improvements necessary for excellent customer satisfaction and experience.
- Work with Korn Ferry to establish management / leads / supervisors for offshore claims team.
- Establish standards of performance, including training, policies and procedures, claims auditing and other performance measurement techniques.
- Responsible for implementing and auditing benefit changes as related to claims processing.
- Oversight of the administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the Mount Carmel Health Plan claims adjudication system
