Qualified candidates must have the following:
- 4-year college degree in Computer Science, MIS or other relevant field, MBA is a definite plus
- 3-5 years of Digital Project Management & PMO experience in automotive & or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills & experience to manage digitalization projects from conception to realization
- Must have hands on experience of implementing digital concepts like IoT, Data Analytics, AI, and Condition Monitoring
- Familiar with new IT technologies applied in automotive & manufacturing environment
- Ability to navigate a fast paced software development environment with multiple stakeholders, internal & external
- Open mind to try new ideas/concepts to quickly learn and apply new learning to improve
- Comfortable questioning the “status quo” to enable better digital project outcomes
- Successful business relationship, change management & communication track record
- Working in global project management environment is a definite plus
Qualified candidates must have the following experience and abilities:
- Lead digital initiatives across the region with multiple stakeholders (including international)
- Manage digital projects from conception to realization
- Provide technical guidance to optimize the solution and the implementation approach
- Identify and develop partnership with external solution providers
- Negotiate project plan, resources and cost with internal and external partners
- Establish a PMO function
- Regularly provide program status to the management
- Develop strong relationship with business partners to get necessary support and influence the change management
- Focus on making the digitalization a success
- Must be willing to relocate to the Greater Fort Mill, SC area or surrounding cities
