Digital Program Manager
Korn Ferry is engaged in a confidential search for Four Digital Program Managers for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid on-site/remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
These positions will report to the organization’s VP or Workforce who will focus extensively on understanding the latest digital technologies, AI and Agentic workforce. These team members will play a pivotal role in designing digital/Agentic solutions in one (or more) of the following areas to ensure they leverage the right technologies effectively.
- Product Development
- Implementation
- Customer Support – Post Implementation
- Back-Office Functions
The client leverages modern, cloud-native architecture built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, with a strong emphasis on microservices, event-driven design, and AI/ML-driven decision intelligence. The Program Manager should have experience working in similar environments (either GCP or Azure).
Skills Required:
- Extensive Program Management experience
- Experience working in Google Cloud or Azure environments.
Nice to Have Skills:
- CoPilot as project management software
- Snowflake-native AI for Data Integration
- Experience with Data Architecture / Data Infrastructure
- Experience with enterprise level implementations
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience
