DIGITAL PROGRAM MANAGER
An established retail organization is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a background in retail/consumer to join their team.  The Digital Program Manager will manage the inception, development, implementation, adoption and support of technology programs to modernize, standardize and improve business processes for the company and its members. You will collaborate closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate the creation of standardized business processes and definition of the needs for system solutions; create the solution strategy and develop project plans, budget and timelines for the same; govern the development and implementation of solutions including change management and support plans for successful adoption; focus on the revamp of the main website as well as expanding company Product offerings across Loyalty, Coupon, and Digital sites.  Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities         

  • Facilitate the prioritization of opportunities to identify those that will have significant impact in the operations, standardization and improvement in business processes for company and its members
  • Lead the definition of business processes and systems needs to assess, select, design and implement solutions to support the needs.
  • Create Programs that include project plan, budget, timeline, change management, system adoption and support plans for implementation
  • Lead program planning activities across multiple technology teams, third parties, and stakeholder groups, including building schedules and plans to support program objectives and milestones.
  • Define and implement Program Governance including reporting, monitoring, stakeholder engagement, communication, issue tracking and escalations
  • Bring awareness to the company's technology programs through communications and share technology program deployment and onboarding strategies, materials, and resources
  • Manage the onboarding of internal users or members to technology programs, including sign-up, planning, training, and support
  • Monitor user adoption and performance, manage ongoing participation, and maximize user satisfaction for technology programs
  • Develop standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure adoption and ongoing success

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in back-office software solutions and/or program management.
  • Progressive experience managing projects across digital platforms encompassing marketing, loyalty programs and customer rewards within the retail domain
  • Ability to be an effective advocate of the use of retail technology programs through sharing and promoting program benefits with internal and stakeholders
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships and with its members to create channels for collecting input and feedback about technology programs.
  • Serve as the intermediary between users/members and vendors to resolve issues
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on business processes/systems and plan continuous improvement of the solution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work with teams and small groups
  • Ability to present information in a clear, highly credible manner
  • Ability to plan and execute presentations to large groups of people
  • Demonstrated vendor relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing requirements of the role
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and work independently
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Understanding of retail grocery preferred.
  • Some travel required, up to 15% max.
