Digital Marketing Manager
Our client is a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) in the order to cash space. Its integrated platform solution optimizes working capital and cash flow management and empowers even the most complex global enterprises to achieve a single, powerful view of accounts receivable across their entire business.
While our client has over 250 customers across the globe that are managing over $300B in accounts receivable on its platform today, the company is seeking to accelerate its growth even further. To compete successfully in a market that is rapidly growing and evolving, our client is significantly ramping up its marketing efforts.
This position, the first full-time marketing hire, will be central to building and scaling the company’s brand and an integrated lifecycle marketing strategy that supports the company's growth goals, optimizes return on investment (ROI) of marketing dollars, and successfully drives market share and revenue for the business. This is a high-profile role that will report directly into executive management. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Working with key stakeholders across the organization to develop an end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing plan that will drive key performance indicators across lead generation, acquisition, engagement and retention metrics and contribute meaningfully to our overall growth goals
- Managing all performance reporting and effectively communicate results
- Managing overall brand presence and ensuring consistency in product positioning and messaging, across all internal and external communications and initiatives
- Aligning with the sales team to optimize the inbound funnel, developing content and sales collateral as needed to effectively nurture new leads into sales qualified leads
- Collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to develop strong thought-leadership content that builds the company's brand authority and overall digital footprint
- Overseeing website, including surfacing low-hanging opportunities to improve UX, SEO/content, and/or lead capture tactics to drive lead conversion
- Partnering with 3rd party agency to oversee paid advertising efforts
- Managing social media channels
- Executing multi-touch email marketing campaigns that build brand awareness among prospects and/or nurture existing leads
- Manage all aspects of creative development, and execution across marketing channels, partnering with 3rd parties as required
- Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities as part of an overall strategic plan; evaluate and champion new technologies and tools to improve and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3 years digital marketing experience, preferably in technology and/or software companies
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in B2B acquisition marketing
- Results-driven with an ability to transform high level vision and strategy into actual business impact
- Creative, strategic, agile with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce.com, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot
- Experience working with Google Analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including senior management
- Data driven with strong analytical and financial acumen and deep understanding of customer metrics/data and marketing KPIs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong writer
- Ability to learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast paced environment
