Lucas Group has partnered with a company started by and run by family, looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join the family. The Digital Marketing Manager has direct accountability to develop, manage and execute the multi-channel digital marketing strategy to acquire new customers, engage and grow existing customers amongst a portfolio brands. Responsible for the digital marketing mix, this role works to support the overall integrated marketing strategy, ecommerce strategy and brand plans. You will play a critical role in developing the ecommerce strategy and providing strategic input to the ecommerce team. It is imperative to have prior experience driving sizable sales growth with Amazon as well as a branded store by using every tool available. Expert knowledge of both programmatic digital buying, content planning, influencer marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM and web merchandising is essential. This position will have direct report(s) to manage all social media, email marketing and B2B lead generating campaigns.
