The Lucas Group is searching for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to add as a key member of our client’s Sales team in Richmond, VA. Our client is a B2B SaaS company that builds intelligent technology that helps healthcare organizations centralize their work opportunities. 

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing efforts across digital and mobile channels, lead demand generation efforts working cross functionally to improve the sales funnel and customer lifecycle as well as acquisition of new customers.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Rapidly grow our user base by launching, managing and optimizing acquisition campaigns across relevant paid channels (Google, Apple, Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Mail, Affiliate, Programmatic, etc.). 
  • Manage budget allocations effectively across all channels.  
  • Keep up to date with advances and the latest industry trends. 
  • Analyze and report the performance of the channels (CAC, ROI, etc.) and make recommendations for further optimizations. 
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. 
  • Create rigorous A/B testing strategies so that we are always learning and finding new wins for ad copy, banner ads, and landing pages. 
  • Manage relationships with affiliate networks and agencies. 
  • Work closely with the design team to create banner ads and paid social ad strategies for user acquisition campaigns. 
  • Make data-driven decisions and leverage user behavior to improve acquisition and retention. 
  • Be creative in coming up with and testing new channels, initiatives, techniques, and approaches to drive acquisition, growth, and retention. 
  • Meet new customer acquisition targets, CAC and revenue goals while managing to an efficient budget and LTV. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required 
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a B2B SaaS-based organization across Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization Paid Social Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Demand Generation is required 
  • Previous experience at a startup and/or the healthcare industry is a plus 
  • Obsessed with learning, testing and on top of new digital channels 
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
