Lucas Group has partnered with a fast growing science and technology based manufacturing company that has been around for over 25 years. With presence across the globe our client caters to Food & Beverage, Environmental, Energy, Utilities and manufacturing industries. Within the last 7 years they have tripled their revenue and have experienced year over year growth in profits. This phenomenal growth required that they expand their current Marketing team to add a Digital Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for translating strategic goals into effective digital campaigns
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans and programs to build brand equity and drive leads and conversion across multiple sales channels
  • Plan digital media strategy by translating company business and marketing goals into effective, measurable digital campaigns.
  • Create and implement content to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Create and manage b2b and b2c email marketing campaigns
  • Utilize organic and paid social media marketing to reach target customers and drive brand recognition
  • Utilize SEO best practices as it relates to content creation and optimization
  • Work with Customer Experience team to manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
  • Utilize web analytics tools to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
  • Manage paid advertising efforts such as PPC
  • Other responsibilities: Perform competitive analysis; Oversee project timelines, execution, analysis with digital agency; Data and dashboard management with ad hoc digital metrics reporting (i.e., Google analytics)

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years Digital Marketing experience in a b2b or b2c environment
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
  • Expertize in SEO principles, strategies, and implementations
  • High proficiency in using Salesforce with a marketing automation platform like MailChimp or Constant Contact
  • Knowledge of online communities, including blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, mobile, and other emerging digital marketing trends
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing and ecommerce technologies and trends
