We have partnered with our client in their search for a Digital Enablement Specialist
Responsibilities
Manage operational project tasks within established timeframes, ensuring program initiative continue to move forward. Including:
Developing and loading documents/materials into the Seismic maintaining the operational processes and maintenance of the system.
Maintenance of program content libraries and templates, ensuring appropriate approval and retention of all program content and documentation within firm and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting and logging issues
Pulling metrics from the platform and reporting system use to Enablement Program Owner.
Assisting Enablement Program Owner with larger initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure superior service to program participants.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree (preferably marketing, advertising, communications, technology, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
3+ years marketing experienced, direct experience with Seismic.
Other marketing enablement and automation platforms is a plus.
Financial services experience is a plus, not required.
