Digital Coordinator

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Digital Coordinator. The digital coordinator will support our growing team as we integrate new partners and scale our project execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills, familiarity with marketing campaign workflows, and hands-on experience with Workfront and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination:
• Enter and manage marketing projects in Workfront, ensuring all relevant documentation, timelines, and assets are properly tracked.
• Monitor project progress and alert consultants or stakeholders when timelines are at risk.
• Facilitate communication between creative teams and business partners, including managing proofing and feedback cycles.

• Content Publishing:
• Publish finalized marketing assets across internal platforms such as Infonet, Seismic, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in content deployment across all channels.

• Campaign Support:
• Participate in planning calls to understand campaign goals and partner needs.
• Maintain awareness of campaign timelines, terminology, and deliverables from start to finish.

  Skills Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency with Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Understanding of marketing campaign lifecycles and terminology.
