We're looking for an experienced AI Developer to support the delivery of modern software solutions while helping embed AI-assisted engineering practices across the development lifecycle. This is a hands-on contract role requiring strong full-stack development experience, AWS expertise and an interest in applying AI to improve engineering efficiency.
Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Build and support cloud-native solutions using AWS.
Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery.
Develop APIs and backend services.
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and Infrastructure as Code.
Collaborate with Product, QA and Platform teams to deliver high-quality software.
Drive continuous improvement through AI tooling and modern engineering practices.
Strong commercial experience in full-stack software development.
Experience with React, Angular or Vue.
Backend development using Python, Node.js or Java.
AWS cloud experience.
CI/CD and Agile delivery experience.
Strong understanding of APIs, testing and software engineering best practices.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Kiro or similar).
Knowledge of LLMs and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Experience coaching or supporting engineering teams.
