We have partnered with our client in their search for a Desktop Support Analyst 


  • Provide support for hardware and software at their location
  • Provide front line user support of our internal and external systems and services.
  • Complete and close incidents and work orders in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the resolution of or resolve all Service Desk Tickets
  • Update incidents and service requests within agreed response times
  • Establish, develop, and maintain key business relationships at assigned location(s)
  • Imaging of desktop and laptops
  • Ability to effectively plan, manage, prioritize and work on multiple simultaneous tasks

Skills Required

  • IT Support experience providing remote and in-person desktop/walk-up support in an enterprise environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows. Knowledge of MAC is a plus
  • Advanced working knowledge of end-user technology including: hardware, software, Windows, Apple, and mobile devices
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • SCCM packaging experience is a plus
  • MDM knowledge, JAMF preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as the single point of contact onsite
