Lucas Group has partnered with a Growing Millwork company in North Atlanta looking for a Design Engineer/Designer.
This is a contract to direct opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Prompt and accurate processing of customer requests for custom and modified standard products.
- Coordination of customer requests for interior layout and design by reproducing technically correct drawings per customer requirements within the engineering and manufacturing capabilities
- Support the efforts of the account managers to promote the product line to all potential customers.
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with Solidworks a must
- 2 years of Millwork experience
- 2 or 4 year Degree in an Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience in build to order, manufacturing environment a plus
- Communication Skills verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment
