Delivery & Automation Lead (Microsoft 365 / Copilot)
Contract | Remote | Europe | 20hrs/week initial, scaling to full-time
We're seeking a senior delivery professional to drive automation, self-service and AI-enabled transformation across a global enterprise Digital Workplace function.
This role is focused on identifying improvement opportunities, facilitating workshops, prioritising initiatives and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes across multiple teams.
Key Requirements
Delivery Manager, Programme Manager or Transformation Lead background
Strong Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform exposure
Experience in process improvement, workflow optimisation or Lean
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Proven experience operating within large enterprise environments
Ability to drive change without formal authority
Nice to Have
Digital Workplace transformation
AI adoption programmes
Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement
Pharma or other regulated industries
Contract Details
6-month initial contract
20 hours per week initially, expected to scale
100% remote
European time zone preferred, flexibility for occasional US meetings
Rate flexibility for exceptional profiles)
Not suitable for: Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, AI Engineers, Developers or Solution Architects.
