Our client, the Chicago office of a full service international law firm, is seeking an associate to join its Debt Finance department. Ideal candidates will have three to five years of corporate transactional experience, including experience with syndicated credit facilities, secured and unsecured senior debt, acquisition financing, real estate financing, mezzanine debt and intercreditor matters. Applicants with debt finance experience, business experience in financial transactions or accounting matters will be preferred.
