ITC LITIGATION PARALEGAL WITH IP BOUTIQUE FIRM (DC)

Our law firm client is looking for an experienced ITC Litigation Paralegal in Washington, DC.  Be an integral team member supporting the attorneys and mentoring junior paralegals.  Assist with facilitating best practices and developing streamlined workflows.  Join a firm with an amazing reputation in IP and has a great culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Trial experience as a litigation paralegal is preferred
• Five plus years of patent litigation experience is required
• Experience with Section 337 investigations conducted by the US International Trade Commission a PLUS
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive / can-do attitude.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Works well under pressure and exhibits good judgment and diplomacy.
