Data Privacy and Technology Transaction Contract Attorney

DATA PRIVACY AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS CONTRACT ATTORNEY:
*APP membership with certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E and/or CIPP/M is beneficial but not required**
- 3+ years experience
- Support litigation, and counseling concerning consumer privacy and data security
- Support privacy programs, including development and maintenance policies and procedures, compliance materials, and employee training
- Review and advise on contracts involving the collection, protection, transfer or and use of data
- Support technology agreement drafting and negotiation: purchase, license, development and installation, and integration of software and technology.
- Handle agreements for standard hardware and software, custom systems, telecommunications services, ASPs and other technology service agreements (including so-called “software as a service” and “cloud computing” agreements) and outsourcing agreements.
- Cyber security experience a plus
- Block Chain experience a plus
