Lead Data Migration Expert, SAP S/4HANA (Pharma / Life Sciences)

We are looking for a Lead Data Migration Expert to take end-to-end ownership of the data migration workstream on a major SAP S/4HANA global transformation programme in the pharmaceutical sector.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a genuine doer. You will be joining an established team and need to hit the ground running, solving problems on the fly and adapting your approach to the realities of the programme. Every migration journey is different, so we are looking for people who understand that there is no one-size-fits-all playbook, and who have worked their way up through the detail to truly understand the moving parts.

What we are looking for:

• A grounded, down-to-earth expert who leads by doing, not by ceremony or process for its own sake
• Outstanding communication skills, this is an absolute must for the role
• Someone proactive and flexible, happy to wear different hats depending on what the client needs on the day
• Deep, hands-on SAP S/4HANA data migration experience gained from the ground up
• Strong tooling background (Syniti, SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, Data Intelligence or equivalent)
• Proven ownership of migration strategy, planning, execution, reconciliation and cutover
• Confidence governing source-to-target mapping, transformation rules and data quality
• Comfortable working alongside System Integrators and business stakeholders to get things done

Domain matters: pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing or other regulated industry experience will be a strong advantage given the client environment.
